We are beyond thrilled to finally launch our new web platform on Hostbridge. Thanks to our dedicated team who have worked hard to flesh out what began as a simple idea. At Hostbridge, we are on a mission “to empower people, entertainers, creatives , and businesses to connect and create memorable events and experiences.” However, we have fallen short by not always telling our story and recording our progress. This rebrand is a bold step in that direction.  

THE BRAND

Hostbridge is an all-in-one event marketplace that event organizers can use to easily find, and book venues, services and entertainers to wow their guests. We understand the challenges that come with planning any successful event. Imagine hosting a party but you do not know how to locate the perfect venue. You may need an emcee, security, ushers, and also some entertainers to liven things up with your audience. Where do you find all that? Getting these resources is always time-consuming and many people do not know where to start searching.

Our web platform was launched with a blend of talent and technology to solve this problem. Our online marketplace has a self-serve option where users can freely browse through listings, compare prices, check availability, and easily book and make payments for the service they require. Everything begins with just a click. 

We aspire to be the most comprehensive marketplace for event resources in Africa starting with Nigeria. Thankfully, we also have a name that reflects what we do. The word ‘Hostbridge’ fits perfectly with who we are, a bridge between event organizers (Hosts) and the services they need to craft memorable events and experiences without stress.

THE WEBSITE:

Our previous website served us well when we first entered the market, but as time went on, it spoke nothing about how much we had expanded or the features Hostbridge now offers. In order to demonstrate our breadth, we had to completely revamp it. We also added new features to give more value and flexibility while delivering on our brand promise. More sections and tools will be added over the next months (e.g a much-needed FAQs section).

Our service categories cuts across many verticals in the events industry. In the coming months, we hope to onboard more venues and services including MCs, Decorators, Bakers, Caterers, Ushers, Photographers, Hair Stylists, and Entertainers of all sorts.
